We chose São Paulo because, as they say, "all air routes lead to São Paulo", making it a convenient and comfortable hub for flights to the planned field trips, as well as for visiting other parts of Brazil and South America.

The city offers a modern and efficient hotel infrastructure. The Butantã campus of the University of São Paulo campus is located in the western part of the city, approximately 8 km from the city centre as the crow flies.
